All Around Sagebrush and Wind

The Columbia River valley and plateau in Central Washington during an autumn morning. The Columbia River system is the most dammed network of flowing water on earth, and though almost 90 percent of Washington's grid energy originates from river dams, hydroelectricity is not classified as a renewable source. This poses an issue for the state of Washington as renewables become incorporated into the the federal agenda.
